1999-2003 – Minister Counsellor at the Lithuanian Embassy in the USA;
2003-2004 – Adviser of the Economic Department at the Ministry Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania;
2004-2005 – Adviser to the President of the Republic of Lithuania Mr Valdas Adamkus;
2005-2006 – Ambassador for Special Assignments and temporarily served as Director of the Department of Economic Security Policy;
2006-2011 – Lithuanian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium (2007-2011 – also Ambassador to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg).
